| The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) will host a public meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025, to discuss DEP’s water quality assessment efforts undertaken pursuant to the Impaired Waters Rule, Chapter 62-303, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). This public meeting is specifically to present the draft assessment lists for Florida waters for all 29 basins in the state, developed pursuant to Chapter 62-303, F.A.C.
