Calusa Waterkeeper Codty Pierce said only time will tell how well LOSOM works for the Caloosahatchee River.
“We have yet to see how things are going to react,” Pierce said. “We have had a couple of rain events like the one in June, but it’s new. And it hasn’t been fully tested and vetted against nature and that’s going to be the final exam.”
