Breweries unite in the fight for clean water during National Water Quality Month in support of Calusa Waterkeeper

Calusa Waterkeeper is thrilled to announce the launch of its inaugural Taps Flow for H2O event series to celebrate Water Quality Awareness Month in August. This will bring local breweries together in a united effort to support Calusa Waterkeeper’s mission of protecting and restoring 1,000 sq. miles of waters in Southwest Florida.

The Taps Flow for H2O series of events is open to the public at no cost. Guests will enjoy music, games, giveaways, local craft beer, refreshing beverages, and mouth-watering food. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Calusa Waterkeeper’s vital water quality programs. Throughout the month, guests can enter to win a two-night stay at Margaritaville Beach Resort and other exciting prizes, with winners announced at Margaritaville Beach Resort on August 31 at 8 PM.

The event kicks off the first weekend of August at Millennial Brewing in downtown Fort Myers and concludes with a grand finale at Margaritaville’s License to Chill rooftop bar, coinciding with Jimmy Buffett’s Day of Giving. Additional stops in the event series include Coastal Dayz Brewery, Eight-Foot Brewing, Point Ybel Brewing, and Fort Myers Brewing.
